With the CMA Awards just a few hours away, Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert take the lead for the most nominations, with a total of 5, but that does not mean that Taylor Swift is far behind. Swift earned her first nomination in three years! The 51st CMA awards will be broadcast live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN at 8:00pm.
